I have owned this refrigerator for a few years now and it's still pretty great! I'm a bit older so I don't need all the fancy gadgets that the other fridges come with. I just need it to store a decent amount of food for my daily/weekly usage. And this is a brand that I trust for a long time.

DO NOT BUY THIS APPLIANCE - IT DOESN'T WORK. I bought my from Home Depot on April 12, 2025, it was delivered on April 19, 2025 and it hasn't worked. It doesn't get cold. I've worked with the manufacturer's repair group and a new compressor was finally replaced last Friday (May 10th). It dropped to 25 degrees in the refrigerator and stopped working on Saturday morning - less than 24 hours after the new compressor was installed. What a joke and a waste of money. I want my money back! The CEO should be embarrassed that the products the company produces are terrible and don't work.

I purchased my refrigerator in December 2024 and now the middle of April 2025 it is no longer working. Does not run, ruined all of our food, over $500.00 worth of food. I tried to call for service/warranty help at the number provided yesterday, but all I got was a message telling me the office is closed. Maybe I can get help on Tuesday since this is Easter weekend.

First, the install team was great. Despite this model being a simple product in contrast to other models with web connectivity, etc., they were most professional & ensured it was level and working before they departed. Second, we use this ™fridge as secondary and is in the garage. It works great, is quiet and has the room to store what our larger unit (27 cu™™) cannot hold. I recommend the temp setting for the fridge is lower than the guide point. When thawing meat for 48 hours in the fridge, it was still slightly frozen - not a big deal though. This size, 18 cu™™ is right for us. I am WELL PLEASED with the decision to buy.
