Looks nice, works most of the time, however..

This stove has served us well for a few years when it does work however, the oven and broil igniter have gone out three times and is expensive to replace/repair repeatedly. The text next to the dials for oven setting and temperature have all come off as well so we depend on an oven thermometer. We've also had the replace the oven seal. Trying to replace this, however most appliances are back stocked for months due to pandemic. Waiting for appliance repair person to fix it again.

Our family purchased this new stove and love it! Baked items come out evenly and have had no issues with timing. The convection roast feature is great. And the top, coming from the traditional gas stove top with the 4 burners with the individual grates to the ™€œflat™€ top is amazing! Same space, but it™€™s so much easier to shift pots and pans around.

My wife and I purchased the whole line of the Professional series, minus the fridge, approximately 4 years ago and have had nothing but problems. First, right after the install of the microwave, the display stopped working and the door had to be replaced. As of yesterday, the display on the microwave stopped working again, and a technician can't even look at it for two (2) weeks. Now onto the oven. Since day one (1), the oven temperature has not been true. For example, if you want the oven temp on 350 degrees, you will have to set the dial to 400 degrees and hope it reaches the correct temperature by looking at the oven thermometer we had to purchase. Lastly, onto the dishwasher. For the past couple of years, we've noticed that the selection display blinks rapidly, and no matter what button you press, the display just continues to blink rapidly. After thinking it might have something to do with the circuit board, I decided to tap the display lightly with the palm of my hand, and it worked. So, from that point forward, every time the display freezes, I have to tap on it in order for it to work. As stated in my title; Great looking Garbage. In my opinion, there is no other product out there on the market that is as nice looking as the Professional Series, but from our experiences, it's just not a reliable product and I would caution anyone from buying this product.

Absolutely love this stove we have had for 2 years but all the writing on the temperature settings and the heat settings is gone I just have to guess when I am baking. We have never used cleaner on that area as the instructions said not to.We paid $1200 for the stove did not expect that to happen

We bought this Professional model to replace a Professional range that was 18 years old. This model has very simple controls and nice burner offerings. I would have given it a five star rating if the temperature control knob would lock into a temp setting. We look forward to many years of trouble free performance.

Issues and money pit, do not buy!

Bought the whole kitchen series in the Frigidaire professional line (fridge, dishwasher, microwave and range) pleased with everything BUT the range, model-FPGF3077QFG. Started using range in July 2017. Little over a year of using it the back left burner had issues lighting and oven would take long time (30-60 min) to preheat. I am a sourdough bread baker and the temperature of the oven stopped holding which is VERY frustrating for a baker. Had a licensed professional come out in February 2019 and fix the pilot issue for the back burner and replaced the igniter for the oven. Oven started working decently again. Later fall 2019 oven was acting up again (30-60 min) to pre-heat and not holding temperature. Problem is intermittent. Talked to the same licensed professional January of 2020 and was going to have him come out however magically started working. Oddly the oven seems to pre-heat if I turn on the stove top burners (doesn't work every time although more often then not). The saga continues with the oven having issues about every few months, stops working for 2-3 months then starts working for a few months. Again as I write this review it has stopped working correctly, sometimes does not even pre-heat at all! Also within the last 6 months the decals for temperature and mode are wearing off. I have been so close to kicking this range to the curb!!! I just really want it to work as good as the other Frigidaire professional products that I purchased. There should be no reason that this is happen. This oven is a LEMON for sure!I have notice that there are a lot of customers with same range, purchased around the same time frame, with similar or same issue. Is there a set of serial numbers that Frigidaire has identified as lemons; I believe my range surly will be in this category. HELP FRIDIDAIRE!! How can you make this a better experience for I am surely loosing hope and extremely frustrated with this range.

Bought this range for our kitchen, Replaced an older built in stove so had to do some cabinet work, but fit right into desired opening. Stovetops are easy to clean, grates have a good finish. Burners ignite right away and have a wide temperature range. Oven preheats fast

Got a lemon

We bought this range about 4 yrs ago and had immediately has issues with the motherboard. We couldn't set the clock and the panel just didn't seem to respond. They came out and replaced it but we still continued to have issues with the numbers being hard to push, or the light not coming on. Sometimes the convection fan would come on and sometimes it wouldn't. I never used a timing setting, but sometimes the oven all of a sudden would just turn itself off - especially when I would use the broiler or cooking a turkey and I would walk in the kitchen to realize the blue use light was off (!) and nothing had been baking for a while! We had the maintenance guy out to address the issues from the motherboard (again) but some of the symptoms still appear. Otherwise- I enjoy using the convection feature (when it kicks on). I bought this model to have the hand controlled knobs for the oven but after cleaning it with a windex product the stencil markings started to ware off and a few yrs later there almost all off where I've had to remark the settings and totally rely on a temp gauge I keep in the oven. Re cleaning- I will never buy the black finish on the cooktop again. It really shows any speckle of dirt. When I'm wiping around the burners, the least little bump up against them knocks them off because they are so thin and lightweight. Annoying. The finish on the grating is difficult to clean and keep looking new. I've tried everything and no matter how much I scrub them, they look grungy gray compared to the shiny black finish on the bottom of the cooktop. I've wanted a new stove for some years now but have tried to get my use out of this as long as I could. I bake/cook a lot but my biggest annoyance is that I can't pull the door out without bumping an adjacent drawer. Note: If you have a small kitchen, make sure you check the depth and figure in the gas hook-up room needed from the wall (!) - or it will stick out further than you expected, not leaving the clearance you may expected from a previous oven.

I used my gas range for the first time during the holidays and the oven settings were difficult to understand. At one point the oven turned off when I thought it was roasting my pork. In the end, I was able to finish cooking but it took more time of what I expected.

We purchased this range in October 2018. About 6 months ago, the decals for the temperature and mode began coming off. I do not clean with chemicals. These decals just simply CAME OFF. My product is registered. We were 6 months past our warranty and there is nothing they can do because, according to FRIGIDAIRE, it does not affect the way the range functions. I was given the option to purchase a new piece at full price. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I will no longer purchase this brand.

Had this for about a month and like it. Only negative is when oven is on and using burners, knobs become very hot and knobs turn on very easily if you bump up against them. Other than that, no problem with baking or cooking on this stove.

After reading many reviews, I must weigh in. I am currently waiting to hear back from the warranty company as to how they are going to handle my current problem F04/F02. First thing that went wrong was the numbers/words surrounding control knobs wore off in the first 6 months from simple cleaning. Next was the control board, then ignitor, followed by broiler, and of course the oven never worked correctly after the "cleaning" function was used. I love to cook and wanted to have a stove that would be reliable and have great functionality, unfortunately this is not it. I am hoping they will just replace this lemon, but I doubt it. Buyer beware and get the extended warranty, your going to need it!

I purchased the stove for my mother with the intent of buying something with simple straight forward functionality. When I came across the Frigidaire Range I knew I had found the right stove. Very high end look with the style and simplicity needed. The convention bake has been her favorite since her old stove did not offer that option. The burners are high output and she uses them for boiling water for coffee to frying. As for the oven, she is a baker at heart and enjoys how evenly it bakes and brown's her cakes. The top grate across the entire stovetop is also an upgrade from her previous stove. She is really enjoying her new stove! Buying the matching refrigerator is next on the list.

The stove has worked great, and we've been really happy with it, until we ran the self clean. We kept it very clean throughout the first three years of life, and then before a family event, decided to run the self clean. Ever since it's been beeping randomly, the temperature probe stopped working, and it looks like we'll need to replace the control board. Sadly, by waiting three years, it was apparently out of warranty. Run your self clean ASAP to make sure this doesn't happen to you!

Purchased in April, 2017 and the worse appliance decision my family has ever made. In 4 years we have incurred over $900 worth of service/repair fees to install a new igniter (replaced less than 18 months after purchase); another service call since oven would not light, then a 3rd in less than 4 years due to the Relay Board and another board no longer operational (F50 code). Poor experience - pay now, pay later. I expect appliances that are this expensive to have a longer shelf life - not less than 4 years!

Have had the stove for several weeks. It replaces a glass top electric range. The difference in the cooking experience is huge. The easy to clean surfaces are great and so much easier to keep cleen than glass top range. I have been cooking most of my life and cooking with gass is far superior to any other type of range I've worked with. So, I would definitely recommend a gass stove. Ive had others but this one is a stand out.

The only thing I dislike is the burners seem to burn much hotter than I would like. Trying to get used to this difference from my old range. Upon opening our range the back burner doesn™€™t secure and the flames shoot high as a result. Within 2 weeks of opening, the oven stopped igniting. We called for service and someone cannot come out for two weeks. Very disappointed.
