This stove was a part of a new build house we bought, and works well. The issue we have is that we have been in this house since May 19, 2021 (2 1/2 months) and the grate/grill part is already cracked. We positioned it back in place, but this is temporary. We need a replacement part, however we feel after only 2 1/2 months, we should not have to pay for this. .

I love cooking on this stove. The large burner really boils water fast and the cast iron grates are heavy and durable. Now the but. Called customer service for a defective part,(knob). Representative was very rude and hung up on me. It is hard to contact anyone to help.

We bought the Frigidaire gallery set for our new home 3 years ago. The burner tops were worn quickly and the oven is already broken. It doesn™™t heat up. We paid an awful lot of money for it not to work already. I™™m sure if we have to have someone come to look at it, it™™s going to costly.

I love that the grates on the stovetop lift out easily for cleanup. The oven light comes on automatically when you open the door, with the option to have it on all the time to watch your food cooking. Very convenient.

I got this brand new a few weeks ago. Looks very sleek and I like the closed caps on the burners. However, the preheat function didn't work properly - I would expect a new unit to be fully functional. Also, the burner caps have already started to discolor. Haven't tried the other functions yet.

Our past ovens - Kenmore and Whirlpool could never dial in on hitting exact temps tried tweaking and re-calibrating and still never could be consistent. So far this oven has hit dead on each and every time - what a pleasure to not have to second guess if our food will burn or take 2 hours to cook complete! This oven is clearly built sturdy and strong and true and love the 5th burner. I am very please with our decision,

This stove was delivered today. NO BROILER PAN. After calling the store who suggested I call Frigidaire and going through half an hour to get to talk to a person, I was told this $1000 stove did not come with a broiler pan. I need to spend another $60 to buy a broiler pan? NO WAY. Gives a very bad taste!

I love cooking on the gas stove top. So much nicer than electric and more even cooks and fast. The oven is even better. With gas in the oven it™™s like cooking on a grill. Steaks and casserole dishes taste and cook so great. Pizzas have such a nice crispy crust with a better flavor than the electric.

I purchased this oven the first part of December. It seems like the oven doesn™™t cook things thoroughly but the top of everything gets burned. I decrease the temp by 25 degrees as recommended, but this doesn™™t help. At this point I™™m very disappointed because all my holiday baking and dinners were a bust. Just praying things get better because this was quite an expensive item and I can™™t afford another purchase to replace the oven.

Replaced a 20 year old model that was in the house I bought, chose this one for the color and it was in stock.I like that the stovetop grates cover the entire top without gaps.If I could change two things, I would make the stovetop non-stick and the center burner an oval shape to allow for better use of a griddle.

We had to buy this oven since our old oven was red-tagged by the gas company. I'm glad they did because we ended up getting this stove. The price was great and the most important thing was the finish. We have a refrigerator made by a different manufacturer that is in a Black Stainless Steel finish. This stove had the same finish which was great.

I bought this stove about 5 weeks ago and so far am very pleased. I haven't tried the convection or the steam clean yet but hope to do so soon. It looks fantastic, cleans up well and is easy to use. The only thing I cant find is a griddle for burner #5.
