Previously I had a Kenmore fridge for 20 years it finally went out, hesitated for a while about buying a new one ( was using a Mimi fridge) finally after much research and increasing tariffs (2024) I decided to buy! I initially wanted white appliances but not a large Frigidaire selection out there. So I bought stainless steel, love the smudge proof surface, keeps it looking nice and clean! I™€™ve had it in my house for less than a month, so far I™€™m enjoying my new fridge with no issues, and hope it keeps that way.

This is my 2nd, the first was a Lemon, this new one isn't much better.half the frig I can't use because food freezes. The top shelf I can't put anything in the back of the shelf, it freezes. The 2nd & 3rd shelf are ok. The 4the shelf. You can't put any fresh vegetables, lettuce, eggs WHY because the stuff freezes. After the experience dealing with customer service i decided to live with this horrible refrigerator. For the price of these machines you certainly feel ripped off.

I am SO pleased to report that my new Frigidaire refrigerator not only met my expectations, but also superceded them! I buy only Frigidaire appliances because of their sterling reputation for quality, easy maintenance, and affordability. Before my purchase, I checked out the reviews of product submitted by customers. All were excellent. First of all, it is absolutely beautiful! The stainless steel exterior is easy to clean and does not smudge with fingerprints. The exterior water and ice (with choice for cubes or crushed) dispenser is such a convenience. I appreciate the side by side configuration -- easy to reach all the groceries in each component with plenty of room in the freezer and refrigerator sections to store everything I need. The shelves are spaced correctly for my needs and clearly labeled bins indicate exactly what goes where. The refrigerator runs so quietly that I never hear it. In fact, it was so quiet, I had to check to see if it was working! The refrigerator I had before must have been at least thirty or so years old, -- it came with the house when I purchased it twenty-five years ago. I could not be more pleased with my purchase and I highly recommend it to anyone who is in the market for a refrigerator. The delivery men were on time, professional, and cordial. It was a seamless process. In fact, I was SO pleased with my refrigerator that I immediately purchased a "matching" Frigidaire convection oven. Another excellent, amazing product!

Part of a kitchen remodel, I bought this new Frigidaire counter depth refrigerator. It fits perfectly flush with the wall on one side and cabinet on the other, giving it a custom look. The premium finish inside & out is a big plus! Even with the counter depth, the inside still seems spacious with plenty of room for everything. A great buy!

My previous fridge would always freezer everything in both sides and all my produce would spoil instantly. I really try to eat a diet full of fruits and veggies and this fridge has been great for that, with the two dedicated drawers everything is staying super fresh for much longer than expected. The finish is also very nice and fits well with the newly installed cabinets. To top it all off it completes my collection of Frigidaire appliances and I got it on sale!

It is stated in Frigidaire™€™s terms and conditions that a product has to have 4 repair attempts before it can be deemed a lemon. I went through 4 failed repair attempts within 5 months - so I met that ridiculous requirement. My fridge was then deemed irreparable by a ™€œmaster technician™€ - just like Frigidaire said needed to happen. I was told Frigidaire would contact me in 5-10 business days after it was deemed a lemon. But they never called! I went through everything stated in your (borderline criminal™€¦ at the very least unethical) set of rules and you still didn™€™t help me!!!! And calling customer support gets me no where. They have no ability to transfer you to anyone™€¦ there™€™s no ™€œmanager.™€ This company is un-Karenable! Bravo! So what am I supposed to do? You broke your own contract and are ghosting me! Someone from Frigidaire is going to respond to this with apologies and paste the customer support phone number and say how they are determined to make this right. You™€™re lying, Ruth! And Patrick!!!!! I wish this level of torment upon you all. Anyone reading this, smash that like button.

Piece of unmitigated junk. Dedicated water supply line is broken INSIDE the housing of the filter. This unit is new. Brand new. After getting a water line installed for water/ice... (rental unit) I flood the inside of the fridge because you first have to let the water run for 3 min. Only tool just a few seconds to realize something was wrong, but got a considerable amount of water all over the floor as a result. Thankfully nothing was is inside, and thankfully I caught it before real flooding ensued. On a side note, the screws for the housing (get this nonsense) are facing to the REAR of the refrigerator. So in order to actually take it apart, one 1st has to get a 90 degree screwdriver. For many homeowners, this would be a friggin' nightmare. Who designs this crap?

Love it except for the "no fingerprint finish" and the loud ice maker. The finish appears wavy, not like regular stainless finish. I've gotten used to it, though, as well as the very apparent sound of the ice maker refilling and dropping ice into the ice bucket.

We had a very similar model for over 18 years and did not have one problem with it. We decided to replace it at our convenience. Comparing the two we like the changes to the new one. The only thing we do not like is the limited shelving adjustment options. The new one is quiet and cools everything nicely. We are hoping this one is as good as the old one.

2.54 BILLION dollar company should do better

I thought what I purchased was a refrigerator, but what they really sent me was an assisted suicide pod. On day 20 of owning this refrigerator, it broke down. And then it broke down again. And again. And again. And THEN AGAIN. I wish I was kidding. Five (5) times this appliance has broken down. I was told Frigidaire would reach out to me to resolve this issue in 5-10 business days. What do you think happened? Did they call me? NOPE. I reached out to them after 11 business days to ask when my phone call was coming™€¦ I was told 1-2 hours - great! After 4 hours I reached out to their stupid chat thing online™€¦ where they tell me an email is coming. Oh... now it™€™s an email!? Unacceptable. I try calling their customer support number again to see if they could put me through to whoever I was waiting on a call from. NOPE. You can't reach them, but they can reach... so mysterious and powerful the great gatekeepers are. This has been the most maddening situation I™€™ve ever been through. If my situation is such an exception for this highly rated product™€¦ make the ™€œexception™€ to make things right for me!!!

I'm happy to welcome my new refrigerator to my kitchen. The original fridge was installed in 2007, and it too was a Frigidaire Gallery Series counter depth side by side in Black. I chose to get the stainless steel, and I am so pleased with my choice. It looks amazing!

Overall it's a nice refrigerator. We had to down-size from the Whirlpool we had which was somewhat frustrating, having to find room for everything. But it works well and looks nice.

Really nice fridge for the money. Loaded with features such as a cold drink timer, air filter, water filter, choice of type of ice, easy to read temperature display, glass shelves, and lots of storage and shelving options. This fridge is extremely quiet. So much so that the first few days I wasn't sure it was running, but then I got used to the quiet and appreciate it!Very nice looking and lots of space for a cabinet depth fridge.
